Hello, thanks for your video. I have a question and I hope you could help me out a little. I''ll be flying to Seoul on the 31st of december. I will be staying in hongdae. Do you think it's worth it taking the express train? Or are there better options?

itx 마음 열차는 매우 안 좋은 기차입니다. 2달 만에 280여건의 고장을 터뜨릴 정도로 잦은 열차고장, 스피커 음질 불량, 딱딱한 시트 및 매우 불편한 승차감, 심지어 상습지연(지연이 40분 이상 되는 경우가 허다하며 심지어 지연되다 열차 고장으로 해당 편성이 증발해버리는 경우도 다반사, 다만 열차 고장으로 해당 편성이 증발되었을 경우 사과 안내방송이 육성으로 나오며, 이 경우 환불이 가능하다.)으로 인해 한국철도 특징인 지연이 없거나 지연이 생겨도 지연시간이 단축되어 결국 정시운행되는 기본 중에 기본기조차 제대로 지켜지지 않는 매우 상태가 심각한 열차입니다. 이 만악의 근원이 바로 다원시스입니다. itx 마음 3차분은 현대로템이 생산하는 것이 간절합니다 ㅜㅜㅜ

Thx for the video. I know eventually the technology will be seamless, it’s taken several iterations for electric buses to drive more or less like a regular bus. Now with autonomous, that’s something all bus drivers (like myself) are not that excited about, but we can’t stop it. Eventually, it will take over everywhere.

I recently flew from Seoul Incheon to Da Nang in Vietnam with VietJet (my first and LAST experience with them), I'm over 6ft tall and the legroom was virtually zero, I'm just lucky that I got a whole row to myself and so was able to stretch out for most of the flight. Next time I do that trip I will try Eastar.

Amazing video! I also want to go all the way until 연천역 one of these days. Another question, so are there really plans to put trains that go until 백마고지역 like you said in the video? I am very curious to visit this station but the DMZ trains have been closed and I think the only way to go is by bus, but looks a little difficult. Did Korail anounced plans to bring trains back to 백마고지역?

Thank you for your interest! Korail and the municipal agreed to operate trains to Baekmagoji Station in the end of this year. It is going to be diesel Mugunghwa trains. However, I know Korail always delays everything, so it might be next year. I'll review it when it starts operation!

is ITX Saemaeul cheaper than KTX?

Yes, it is! It's about half as cheap as KTXs.

@@NerdonBoardVideos thank you, but I'm not sure if I or we going to Korea in the future or not because I can't travel anywhere right now especially abroad due to my choking phobia or anxiety and because you should eat a lot when you travel ☹️ but I'm already enough that I only see places in Korea on the internet not in real life because of my anxiety and Korea/South Korea is one of the most expensive country and because many people said that a lot of non-White people who travelled or lived there have a bad experiences in Korea/South Korea but every travellers have a different experiences tho and when my anxiety will completely overcome I will probably will go or travel to Korea or any country

@@NerdonBoardVideos yeah but if I/we only go to places that nearer to Seoul such as Chuncheon/Nami Island and Gyeongju I think we should ride ITX but the places which is far from Seoul like Busan I think we should ride KTX

Congrats from Brazil! Great video! Here in BR, we have de 5th most busiest air bridge in the World, from SDU to CGH. In October I’ll realize this same flight, and I’ll be decide what Airline I’ll choose to go from Gimpo to Jeju. Have some options, Korean, Asiana, JejuAir, T’way, Easter Jet, Jin Air, Air Seoul, Air Busan. But I prefer the company who’s program with an widebody acft

Thank you for visiting South Korea! Among the airlines, Korean, Asiana, T'way, Jinair have widebody aircraft, but T'way and Jinair put most of their widebodies to international flights. I recommend Korean and Asiana if you prefer.

I am taking air prema next month from korea to US. I’m planning to take the airport bus to incheon. How long did it take you to check in and immigration? Is it best to get to airport super early like 3 hours before or i can make it in less time? Are they very efficient airline checking in guests?

Actually, I have never tried flights to the U.S., but I have heard that those flights need you to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. So I recommend you to do so, too. What I truely know is my check-in was convenient and the staff were so kind to me!

How do you purchase tickets for this train and are the train operating all year round? Would you have any idea on the sea train from Samcheok to Gangneung?

You can purchase the tickets at 'Let's Korail' website, and the train operates all year around except every Tuesday and Wednesday. Unfortunately, the sea train from Samcheok to Gangneung stopped its operation this year. I really wanted to try it ;(

My hometown, Changchun, sister city of Ulsan, has a rapid transit system consists several metro and light rail lines with different types of vehicles. There's also traditional tram lines that are rare in nowadays East Asia. I'm looking forward to having you in the near future.

I think Aero K is smart for using Cheongju as a base airport. The only issue CJU has is a lack of decent public transportation options to get to Daejeon, the nearest large city where many people might see CJU as a good alternative over Seoul. I flew out of CJU to jeju this past summer (not on AeroK) and the bus times were atrocious and no mugunghwa train running because of the weather. I think if some of CJU's surrounding infrastructure can be fixed, Aero K can tap into a large marketshare of both Koreans travelling and foreigners coming to live/study in Daejeon (which I think explains why AeroK started flights to the Philippines recently). I totally agree with you. I felt inconvenient to travel to another region when filming the video, and I had to wait almost 2 hours for my train after arrival. But I think the problem can be fixed, too! Thank you for sharing your idea :)
