If that is the Range Inhibit light blinking, then you are very likely low on engine coolant. That is one easy problem to check and solve. It could be something else entirely and if so, get the engine's error codes, then look them up online.

It was the tcm. Transmission control module.

Sorry for the delay I'm just seeing this comment now. It was the transmission control module. TCM. It had become caked with Grime and grease and dirt. And was shorting out
