Hi. Just press and hold the speed dial number. Let's say you saved it '2' you will press and hold 2 until the number shows up, then hit the call button. I hope this help

Considering OOMA is a competitor of 8x8, i'd say you should go to OOMA for that response. Not 8x8.

Only CC Supervisor-level users have access to historical chats. Supervisors can access chat transcripts in the Monitoring tools, under the Playback tab.

I cant complete the porting process because it keeps saying the temporary number is missing. I have manually selected and allowed the system to assign but still no luck.
