most worst plotter I have ever used, mostly cut the paper between the prints, You have to use 5 times more to print a drawing and restart again and again which is waste of time and money both

Hello. WE HAD 2 VERSANTS, WHICH WE REPLACED WITH RICOH 9200 BECAUSE WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH VERSANT. THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE 2nd Bias Transfer Roll BTR, WHICH DROPPED SOME 1,000 FOOTPRINTS. ALSO THE DRUM WHICH DRAWED LINES AFTER 5% OF LIFE. WE HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH RICOH. XEROX HAS NOT INVESTED IN DEVELOPMENT FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS, SO WE WERE FORCED TO REPLACE MACHINES ........................
