Nice ship, I do like flying the Cutter for most things. Although my AX build is shield-less. Lets me carry that many more hull and module reinforcements plus more heat sinks. as well as repair/decontamination limpets and an AFMU. I'm still getting the hang of killing the swarm with the flak launchers.
