I have the first pen

I love my Safari. Bought one for each of my groomsmen at my wedding. I have a hard time buying another fountain pen (I still haven't after nearly a decade), because the LAMY Safari is pretty much perfect - ergonomic, functional, inexpensive/low-stakes, and hilariously lightweight (which is also part of ergonomics). It's a joy to use unposted (without the cap on the tail of the pen - my preferred style of use), and... It's just a good time. Anybody watching this video/reading this comment: buy a Safari. You might as well. Just try to make sure you get an original LAMY, and not a knockoff/counterfeit - it's so good, there's seriously a counterfeit market I don't even do handwriting all that often, but when I do, I hate not using my Safari.
