Heating and air, how long is that covered for, I cannot find a consistent answer, some say its 4 years, some 1 year, some according to the useful life, how long is the builder supposed to warranty this for.

Litigators corner I have the distinct pleasure of being with Allen Talman who they say was a homicide detective, now he is an attorney, which is better? And, who pays more? So, he is making an impression in the field of law...Check it out.Taplin v. Lumpkin, No. W-21-CV-192-ADA, 2022 WL 447571 (W.D. Tex. Feb. 14, 2022)

Matthew I commend you!!! Im a new subscriber to you! Cause hey we NEEDED THIS!! These panelists and yourself are great!! I knew it would be great to watch despite the Audi bumps in the beginning, but who cares you are definitely made up for it and kept my interest all the way through the video very very entertaining and you all deserve millions of handclaps dollars, and views. I just want to say thank you for this. I am very infatuated with the Johnny and Amber defamation case I watch Camille crush Amber over and over again, but I seen a lot of clips in here that I had not seen yet. Although I watch the trial, sometimes it gets boring and you skip through 👀 a lot or walk away from the screen so it was pretty interesting to see a lot of differentthings from my perspective and new things!!! Thanks y’all!! Good bless you all and your future cases, endeavors, & KZbin contents🙏🏼

1:05:28 well damn Peter is seems. It’s either the organized and read off of paper or be disorganized and don’t read off a paper I mean unless of course your name is Juan Martinez. Hahaha he ripped Jody apart the whole Trial no notes. Well, hardly any notes at least.

59:08 I never saw limor or Emily before but I love love love limors uppity hyper and active input she has a wonderful sense of humor, and Emily balances her out with the more calm, comedic smooth type of the input. I love that those two are great just as much as I enjoyed Peter and Bruce channels

I watched through Emily’s channel and if it weren’t for her I don’t think I could have stomached AMBER on the stand or the way Elaine and Rottenborn behaved while questioning Johnny Depp. They came across to me as abusive and unprofessional in their treatment of JD. Also, Elaine TESTIFIED on behalf of ALH both at opening then during and in her unethical interviews and documentary appearances. It was unsettling and very annoying to see professionals behave the way BR and EB behaved as lawyers.

Bruce Rivers and Peter Tragos were definitely not as knowledgeable about the case as Andrea Burkhart and Nick Rekieta (who knew a considerably amount more because of That Umbrella Guy). They were engaging and able to comment on what was going on at the time, but didn't know key facts, which made a huge difference. Example: Tragos didn't know there was no pre- or post- nup when he was commenting on Heard's direct and cross, & that lack of info affected the quality of his commentary.
@jacksyoutubechannel40456 ай бұрын
Tragos said that he wanted to act like a juror, and only know as much as the jury knew. That may not be the way you'd prefer to watch it, but it's a legitimate way to decide you want to cover a trial. Emily is currently doing the same thing in the Karen Read trial.
@SouthFloridaThrifter6 ай бұрын
@@jacksyoutubechannel4045 true, and that was cool to see of Rick Hoeg of Virtual Legality and Kurt of Uncivil Law, too, but they didn't make statements of fact about things they didn't know about. I enjoy watching Lawyer You Know and Bruce Rivers, but Tragos specifically talked about ” the pre-nup" as a fact when there never was one. Still think they're both great!

I need to see and all I this California panel. I don’t know what kind of games they are playing are who they are scapegoating for but we will not stand by while you destroy our reparations and sit quietly while being disrespected by the very people who claim they support reparations. Reparations is strictly cash payments everything in addition to cash payments is an added bonus. This panel should accept nothing less than cash payments

Thank you so much for a stellar work all of you !!!! You made me interested in your profession, and I have learnt a ton !!!!Thank goodness this trial was televized, but it is you KZbinrs who made it understandable for us "normal" people. AND without those cameras in the courtroom, who knows what the public would agree with the correct outcome !!! I am still a bit bewildered why AH got compensated though. I thought Mr. Depps possible statement to Waldman was protected between him and his client. He did post the statement, but we have no proof Depp was the source, do we?? Can anyone explain???

I had to come back and visit because let’s get something straight as someone who works behind the scenes on multiple platforms that helped launch tons of small time streamers at the time and continue to do the same today this panel was pretty much made up of whoever they can get a hold of or whoever one of their face on screen some more. When it comes to the Johnny Depp trial, I definitely do not think of. Limor, and as this one hurts, because I really love his channel and what he does, I do not think of Bruce rivers at someone who covered the trial. Peter-the lawyer, you know (while I don’t think of him as covering much of the trial he was around, popping in and out of other streamers who were covering the Trial 24 seven and of course that his own thing usually with his dad so OK. I can understand that. and of course, yes, there is Emily baker who you do associate with the trial HOWEVER she got there with the help and so really no thanks for it through Rekieta law, Nick Rekieta And she attracted the 45+ purple hair woman to her group/channel . And I stated this way, because if you go in there as a man or your username is definitely as a man etc. you can join as long as you either don’t speak or you don’t speak out of her chats terms. Hence making the viewing experience, not so pleasurable for men anyway, and most women under the age of 50 . The one lawyer, who they would not bring in because he’s a little too “spicy” for them and probably will tell Matthew exactly where to go if he was wrong or off about something and that is Nicolas Rekieta Who had some of the best lawyers on his stream. There was one other channel that I won’t name because her channel became nothing more than the big boys club, the mean, girls, if you will, channel. The snob of Law tube, and if you are very familiar with so-called what was lawtube .
@jacksyoutubechannel40456 ай бұрын
_"Emily baker who you do associate with the trial HOWEVER she got there with the help and so really no thanks for it through Rekieta law"_ I was a longtime Rekieta *and* EDB fan, and they were comparably sized channels before the Rittenhouse trial. I don't think it's fair or accurate to say that he was responsible for her success.

Stopping economic wealth by burning down rosewood, Tulsa and every other place we had doing good!!!! Think of the businesses we could have had from those places? My child extremely prefers outdoor activities to home. have in mind with your expert, all children with spectrum should live in the same chicken scoop. I wish you to step down your current job for spectrum children's well-being. thanks

Lawyers sit around scheming and strategizing, but at the end of the day Elon won the case simply by being genuine. He's easy to hate from a distance, but get him in a room for long enough and he'll melt any jury's hearts.
