When I drag and drop the gear into the workspace, it doesn't open the "Configure component" menu that comes up for you, so I can't edit the module and number of teeth. Do you know why this might be happening?

What is support for gear Box

Shouldn't the helical angle be different for the two helical gears, because they are of different radii, therefore the angular velocities are different? Shouldn't the larger gear's helical angle be less than the smaller gear's helical angle? Thanks.

I want to attach a disk and want it to rotate it with pinion but its not happening. Actually i made a mechanical counter and want to attach that assembly at the side of this pinion, but counter's disk is not rotating with the pinion. Although pinion and gear were rotating. Can you help me with this one, please.

thank you sir for making this video this will help me out ... i have some doubt about one problem sir its been little bit difficult me for finding their parameters 1.Design and model a Geartrain with following constraints: ●Driven and Driving shafts axes are perpendicular to each other. ●90 RPM is needed at the output shaft if the actuating motor is rotating 3/4th revolution per second. ●Module = 2 , pressure angle = 20 degree. ●No. of teeth on driven gear is 25. Show calculation how you got design parameters of gear. Create an assembly in solidworks, showing a working model of your design with proper mate and no interference.
