Imagine herbivores saying EZ then loosing 2 members with the strongest animal in the game while being kosers who don't let people hunt to survive and eat but they have it so "ez" because their group limit is bigger and they eat fucking plants, they have multiple oasis for them to thrive on the map and don't need to do shit to survive or deffend territories.. they have the easiest Gameplay and time in the game and they act cocky about it but yet they died and the leader ran away like a pussy😂

Killing Prongs give you +5 currency from what I gathered. And probably the longer you live, traveled and hunted, it also adds to it. But I haven’t hunted, live nor traveled enough to test that theory

In the herbivores section. If you mean in game, herbivores have migration sites that predators cannot see so they are usually all over the map

Gotta love the no kill bubble mechanic. Bout time a game actually made a mechanic against corpse guarding herbivores.

@zzeca a game mechanic that produces a radius around any dead herbivore, said radius provides an area of effect preventing any herbivore player from attacking. That means if they stick around the carnivores are likely to kill them and they can't fight back. It forces herbivores to leave carnivores alone after a kill is made. So no corpse guarding herbivores.

@@carlosarizcun_97 that's a skill issue, predators in this game are designed for quick kills. If you suck at ambushing and pursuing prey that's on you. Herbivores are designed to fight, rather than killing, that is why they are as deadly as they are.

Few tweaks: - a bison should be able to hit you off or at least if he hits you enough times while you are latched onto something you would be flung off - bison should have a little more hp imo.. one smilodon shouldn’t be able to take one down alone with ease… like it can happen but I just hope not as often as portrayed in the video. -finally, I just think that as a smildon, you should be able to pounce onto something like a dire wolf (full animation etc.), which would most of the time lead to an instant death.

agreed, bison can't really outrun smilodon and with their latch there's not really any fair way to counter it (minigame doesn't count, moves too fast anyway.) it just gets decimated by even 1 smilodon.

I was thinking the same thing with the bison! I also think that the stamina drain when latching should be nerfed a little, as well damage taken when you fail a pounce to be buffed, that way it would encourage people to group up more when taking on larger animals and form a proper strategy rather than blindly rushing in with everyone going after a different bison with little consequence or repercussions

Ik a lot of you guys agree but really it’s hard to take one down. Like actually try to I’ve only done it once it’s really not easy so bison wouldn’t be able to be killed AT ALL unless u had a pride with you if they buffed it and females are more easy to do alone if u go for the front side bc it does a mini game for u to try and get ahold of the neck same with males but it’s really not easy I’ve done it and I have nearly died

It's an in game mechanic, there is a radius around a carcass that prevents herbivores from attacking and doing damage. So there is no reason for a player to stay around because the predator might kill you too and you couldn't fight back.
