life is strange 2 is my most favorite game out of all the others. this guy must be an only child because it shows how older siblings, even when theyre sibling is annoying or doing too much, still cares and loves for their sibling. its such an emotional game, and i loved having the dif settings in each episode because it just shows how many places and how long these two were just running from the inevitable. it shows how dif people react to trauma, and that ultimately its easier to suffer together than to suffer alone or even be completely clueless. All of these things, aswell as the fact that sean has such a big part in raising daniel is so important. the way he talks, the things he does, what he does and doesnt enforce is so important, and even the smallest choices have such big consequences. sean is basically the deciding factor to if daniel does or doesnt do something with his power. its a beautiful game, and its such an important one too.

8:31 I have a counter to it. Baby Broly literally lifted Paragus out of the wreckage, and out of harms way when planet Vegeta was being destroyed. I think you could easily argue saiyan babies have a level of sentience. AND kept them in an energy bubble long enough to get them to another planet. People overlook that detail a LOT so it's really not far off to think that Broly remembered Goku's energy at the VERY least

I'd like to mention, to add to this "prophecy" theory, that the Namek saga is nothing but Vegeta glazing tf out of the "Legendary Super Saiyan" and thinking Goku has achieved it, which he eventually does. This movie is sort of the Legendary Super Saiyan vs the Legendary Super Saiyan. And Goku, on his power alone,absolutely loses to Broly, but due to help from his friends is able to win. This same pure spirit that leads him into battles with allies instead of alone is the same thing that allowed him to ascend into a Super Saiyan God. He fostered more pure hearted Saiyans through his actions and his life choices, and it paid off. Pure of heart and awakened by fury, as he says in his speech on Namek. Goku, in this movie, is the true Legendary Super Saiyan, and that terrorizes Broly for reasons he can't understand.

I was only ever able to see most of the DBZ movies from rental stores (back in the days of Blockbuster) so I never had my opinion of Broly ruined by the later movies. Broly was my absolute favorite movie villain. Vic Mignogna did an amazing job voicing him and it's amazing that such a normally soft-spoken man can bellow like that and sound so sinister. Broly is an absolute monster and his sadistic taunts throughout the movie left an impact. I hate that people only remember him as a big dumb brute because he was well-spoken and reveled in his evil.

i don't really know if i agree with the idea of broly fearing goku or his latent potential, i mean, he spent basically the whole fight kicking everyone's ass and goku only won after he gathered everyone's energy into one punch, pretty sure broly could have and was going to kill goku had have he not done that, i just don't buy the idea that broly is necessarily scared of goku

It's just another example of braindead masses hating something, just because it got trendy, to do so. Z Broly is the most savage villian and a great character in DB. The second Broly is a total puss and screams much more and talks less, than the true Broly. Ironic, really. For me, Z Broly is the only Broly, that exists. DB Super is hot shit and everything is canon, unless I don't like it. Good thing you made this video and called the bs out. I thought the same.

Something I've learned over the years is that a Z Broly hater will ALWAYS be a Z Broly hater. No amount of explaining will change that. Especially if they were exposed to the TFS abridge.

As a long time Z-Broly enjoyer, this video was a treat to watch. Finally someone who gets it (including that the over the top rock soundtracks fit the badass fight scenes, & that GT wasn't terrible). That AMV was a cherry on top! DBZ AMVs were legitimately how I got into music back in the day (/my own music, not whatever my parents played), so seeing this video turn into that shocked the hell out of me, in the best way.

READ THIS: it's not that he hates Goku, it's that Goku reminds him of the worst day he ever had, he got ripped out of his Bed, stabbed and left for dead alongside his dad, then had his first rage boost that saved the two. When you realize that you will understand why seeing Goku who was a big part of that day, makes him rage out, it's like he has ptsd. What's so amazing is his memory being so good that he remembered month old Goku.

You and this video would have had a point......if broly felt a shred of anger or hatred towards vegeta as well, but he didn't even pay him any attention until Vegeta came to him..... You would think the guy would be pissed off and triggered by seeing the son of the guy that literally had him executed, but nah instead Goku crying is the reminder?? That is beyond dumb and doesn't make anything better. "No no guys you got it all wrong, broly doesn't hate goku because he cried, it's just goku reminds him of something that had nothing to do with him" meanwhile broly could not careless about the dude that's related to the man that tried to have him killed, make it make sense. All they had to do was make BOTH paragus and broly, not just paragus have a grudge against Vegeta instead of Goku and it all would have made sense but instead they really pushed the Goku and broly having a connection thing and it failed miserably. Super broly right off the back fixes this and has broly actually have a grudge against the actual person related to the guy that sent him to die on another planet and not have him be triggered by some other completely random person that had nothing to do with his backstory that so happened to cry next to him.....

Honestly, the Pantera track fits his transformation so well. Dare i say i prefer it to the Japanese cut of that scene. Coolers Revenge had a pretty solid soundtrack.

8:44 while its stretch in the context of the film it could easily be reworked that broly’s power makes him insane and evil, and he’s able to sense goku’s pure heart even as an infant. And that contrast of Goku not wanting to use his strength to destroy and kill, while broly’s entire life is centered only on the destruction of the weak, is what drives him to focus on Goku more heavily than the others

Original Broly is better than new Broly. The new one is a mindless brute that won’t stop yelling, whereas the original was a calm and confident monster when he destroyed the Z fighters.
