Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Milton are all in Fulton County. Highest crime, highest property taxes and known for being corrupt. I have lived in Georgia over 40 years and live in Fayette County. Eight miles from Peachtree City. I would not recommend living in Fulton County.

I was trying to highlight the home under 4 minutes. Focus on getting traffic in the door to get it sold. Which I did. This was a big hike to try to highlight it all

Been here since 1st grade.. this video came out when I was in 2nd.. I commented on the video when I was in 3rd.. I am now a junior in high school.. time flies.. Mr Dunn isn’t principal anymore, my mom doesn’t work there anymore, most of the teachers that taught me all through 1st-5th grade are gone….

Mr. Stout is correct in his depiction of these area's of North Georgia/ Metro Atlanta, and how well off they are, but what he is not telling you is, just how bad the traffic into and out of these cities are as well as all of the metro area, and the crime , drugs, and that the super high cost of living really sucks, So yeah you might have a nice house , but you'll go broke paying for it too, metro ATL sucks
