$100 an hour? Explain that please. So if I have a residential lawn that takes an hour to cut, I should charge atleast 100$?

@mansajose5226 I would never be at a property for an hour. If it takes you a 1 hr to service a property, you might want to replace that property with a property that takes you 15 minutes to 30 minutes to cut. The properties I choose take me 12-15 minutes to service. I charge no less than $50 per property. I cut 3-4 properties and an hour. So that's $150-200 an hr. Some properties are $55, $65, or even $75 on my schedule.

Some days it's quick work I'm pushing and others I'll go ahead and act like I'm at home walk slow and chill. Depends on workload and if I have things to do outside work

It’s not, we have gas, tax, labor, equipment. Every other profession is at least $100 an hour. Call a locksmith or a plumber to your house for 30 minutes and see how much they charge. I’m going to keep raising my prices and the people who can’t afford it will remove themselves. There are plenty of people who can afford it. Keep up the good work.
