If it works, it works folks. Paxil kind of worked for me … I had more luck with a very low dose extended release of Adderall which stimulates both dopamine and serotonin. Also Buspar helps some people as well, not an SSRI, but close.

There's a clear difference between "nice" people and narcissist. You're generalizing the points to a lesser extreme which is not the point of what she's getting at.

no they are, she's stating it as is from the perspective of the general audience confronted by such psychopathic people (showing the slyness of these dangerous traits); albeit, with a positive connotation. Given the context from which she's speaking she's not wrong, and neither is the latter half of your statement. Your mistake was misinterpreting her meaning, bending it to your detached viewpoint and comparing similarities when it isn't necessary, so your point is rendered negligible.
