I had social anxiety when i was a teen. it was really bad. But you can only overcome your fears if u face them. That was a really important life lesson for me. Anxiety free since years without medication. ✌️

I have ADHD and I can say when I was younger 20-30's night time I was very productive.. But now I'm older and in bed by 10 but up early and extremely productive in the morning.
