Yes pwede naman po i-extend yung space sa ground floor. Now kung gusto nyo naman i-extend yung 2nd & 3rd floors, it is subject for approval ng engineering office depende sa design or layout na inyong ipapagawa.

How far is this area from Lancaster New City development? No screens on windows? Are they thermal efficient windows?

Richdale West Residences is about 20-30 mins away from Lancaster New City Zone 4 area. There are no screens on the windows to keep the cost down and to also give homeowners the freedom to choose their own window screen type & materials. As for the thermal efficiency of the windows, the glass is just single glazed and it's not tinted.
