I don't think can help the squatting so much, there moto is in the side of the pelvis joints, this exoskeleton is help you to push your thigh up and down, squat using the energy of the knee, I think this need the things have the moto in the side of the knee to help your knee joints.

The hypershell seems to offset the weight of the bag, I would be interested in how it is with a backpack. Great tests of the modes

yes, the backpack is one of the important part should mention about it. In my video, you see the clip in day one I wear the backpack, the hypershell in the position just under my backpack, so I try two way to put my backpack , if I put my backpack on the hypershell, this will lift my backpack up a little bit, so the weight will almost all in my waist rather then on the shoulder, but if I put my backpack behind the hypershell, like the first moment in the video, this will push my bottom part of my backpack leave a little bit of my back, so all the weight will on my shoulder. The weight distribution is different than usual. But my backpack is not so heavy, I look forward if have some people wear heavy backpack to test it. Some people when go to camping, will put the campsite mat under the backpack. If you wear this, maybe you need to put to the other position.

I specially go to there to test it, because there have around 500 step of the stair, and close to the city, easy to go.
