one question which always came in my mind is - How can an individual play an important or outstanding role in making his company a top player in market lets say an engineering construction company.. what are contributions which can lead to faster growth of company from an employees perspective who wish to skyrocket his own career path also in the journey.. which books would be essential around this topic...

Have know idea what you mean. I orefer a story arc rather than a loop. I find stories that have to tie every little thing into the end irritating, its like an Adam Sandler movie.
@speakwithpeople Жыл бұрын
Thanks for your point of view. We’re not saying to tie every little thing in, but to hold out on something or reconnect something from the beginning. That way you still stay in your arc or loop. Just our thoughts.

HEY GUYS! Great presentation... I've been preparing for about seven years now, to do more speaking - started a couple KZbin channels 'for practice' and actually have gotten better. Need to do some readings of my books, I think, trying to get them to start selling. I haven't never had the 'desire' to be a leader, but always seem to be put in leadership positions. Some of my best conversations used to be just with God; but over the years, I've had some really great conversations ABOUT God, usually with complete strangers. I had a secret relationship with God for most of my life... because, when I told my grandma "he" had spoken to me, she told me he would not have, because I was a woman and only men could hold the special gift of the priesthood. But... I was EIGHT years old, when the voice I hear, told me I was going to write a book one day; and when I was THIRTEEN, it said "you are going to speak for me, one day." I argued back, 'No, I won't...' (as I have always been a social phobic), picture me behind that pulpit, in the Mormon church I was raised in, scared me to death. I was riding my horse that day, and the message just repeated in my head. I left the church when I was FIFTEEN, knowing that my Bishop didn't know God any better than I did. I hate religion, love God (the conscious energy that surrounds us), and wish people could just find a spot in the MIDDLE. See middleground.world; Middle-ground Ministries is my KZbin channel, if you are interested. I've got tons of opinions, and personal knowledge about God and religion. ~Dennel amazon.com/author/dbtyon
