We don’t have it anymore. There was one problem that needed fixing, but I forget what it was. It was used for many years in a small office so I think it did well under a higher load than it’s designed to take.

Jccwc Fri there’s not much to program. You can specify how much coffee you want to come out of the small, medium and large vend buttons. You press and hold the button to be programmed for a few seconds. The coffee will be made as normal, but you need to press the button when the desired amount of Coffee has come out. This is now the new quantity for future presses. The buttons along the top light up when it needs descaling, cleaning, more water and grounds emptying.

I'm not sure about that, sorry. It sounds like it might be a problem with he unit. I suggest ringing Jura tech support. I was pleasantly surprised by them. In the UK, You get straight through to a service engineer rather than waiting in a long queue to someone following a script.

Michelle Shin I’m not sure, sorry. We don’t use the grounds chute much. I suggest calling Jura technical support. You get through to an engineer (not someone with a script) and don’t have to wait for ages. I’ve called them about three times and they solved my problem each time.

This was just intended as an instructional video so that I didn't need to explain how to use it to everyone in the office ;-) The coffee is ok. Compared to a manual machine plus grinder combo of the same price (Rancillio Silvia + Vario grinder) it is significantly worse (thin, under-extracted coffee). But it is significantly quicker and easier to use. This is the trade-off between an automatic and manual machine of course.
