I actually had Sweet Bean Paste in my Shelterbox Book Club Box a couple of years ago. Definitely recommend. Very wholesome!

Do you really buy things to re sell them later? It seems like a really floppy excuse for keeping all those boxes
@BooksNest3 күн бұрын
No not at all, I buy things to use them etc, but with items like tech that I end up updating in the future at some point, I will sell on older items so keep the boxes for those reasons. Always good to give them another life than them end up as waste.

@annmariesloan84064 күн бұрын
At least the paperback. Will check out the hardback. Especially since the translator is from Toronto, Canada

The long way to a small angry planet it's so good, way less about sci-fi space and more about acceptance and understanding different races/cultures... I don't know how to properly explain it but I felt so much empathy coming from the author while reading it

IF you wanted (but don't have to) you could literally swap Cat Gamer and The Rainforest Market because they tick either prompt, right? Easy. Also, I need to get Cat Gamer because it looks adorable!

While this is true and I think she has done it before, it does kinda miss the spirit of her rule of having to pick her books in under a minute if she just changes it later. Not a big deal, but I understand why she tries to stick to her picks sometimes when she forgets to add one she mentioned at the beginning.

Yes, setting spray really works but mostly in high humidity environments. If you live in the US South it’s one of the most essential things in your makeup bag.

I grew up with stuff under my bed, right into adult hood. Only in the last 2 years have I cleared out enough that I don’t have anything under my bed anymore. And it’s been a game changer….. I feel so much less ‘crammed’ in and surrounded. For 8 years I’ve been clearing out/organising….. finally ‘finished’ a few weeks ago. Hopeful that its will be easier to maintain going forward. I also keep boxes for tech things…. Maybe once you’ve cleared everything out you’ll actually have the space you need?
@BooksNest3 күн бұрын
It feels so good already to have some more space back under the bed, even if it’s not needed for anything. Just having it clear feels good!

Good declutter! Use battery puck lights in the corner cupboards so you can easily see what’s in the corner cupboard… just a suggestion. They work for me. ❤

Loved this festive vlog! As for tv shows on Apple, I loved Severance, Silo, and Ted Lasso. Silo is based on a book series with the same name. Severance can be a little slow at times, but the story is so interesting! Ted Lasso is just a fun, great show to watch! I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a great time with your family!
