I think that some slowness is due to cameras placement, especially side facing cameras. They are behind the driver that can also lean forward. So it might always feel a bit unnatural with this hardware. It could also be different when FSD is finally trained on hardware 4 better resolution cameras.

Good stuff. Fsd yesterday for me went totally bonkers at one spot. Also you need to get that green tag so you can drive in HOV lanes!! Anyway great vid!

Exactly the videos we want to see of this. Showing the FSD and talking. Good stuff man! New sub! Looking forward to future vids!🙏

How is the wipers experience in this version? They seem to work quite ok in the video.

I bet it's never been driven here before. By disengaging you can train the system.

Yeah, it's a good thing we can send anonymous messages for feedback.

Look like fsd slamming on the brake at yellow light haven't fix yet..
@JeddsTeslaVideos6 ай бұрын
I have yet to experience any real hard slamming with FSD 12 on yellow lights. I would say my tripod in the back is not the most secure lol. There’s still some work on yellow lights that can be done for sure

FSD 15 --- fully auto, do you think?
@jeddflores44236 ай бұрын
Hmm, tough to say. I feel like we’re so close, yet so far still. FSD 15 is a ways away and much likely to perform a lot better than it is now, but still potential for regressions or subtleties that FSD can’t quite get right. AI learning is rampant tho so we may see a lot of these improvements much sooner than we think

when i drive, i try to avoid potholes and rough patches of road, especially at speed but around town too. this is pretty cool and impressive but to me it is still just a gimmick. every FSD vid i have watched i always see things that would bug me or i would do different. maybe in 5-10 years it'll be solid. until i am a full-on invalid, i personally will stick to manual driving.
@jeddflores44236 ай бұрын
Impressive for what it is, but I agree - still a long ways to go before it’s solid for everyone’s comfort

Most of my drives are 0 disengagements but most drives require some pedal encouragement. Sometimes I have to "manually" get the car in the right spot to get on course and it struggles to find good end of drive solutions, I hope the ai is learning good behavior in those scenarios.
@JeddsTeslaVideos6 ай бұрын
Yeah I agree. Little to no disengagements, but still multiple times on a drive that needs driver input to make the drive comfortable / more human-like. I imagine that it only gets better from here!

6:38 can not happen. it will scare new users..it scares my wife like you are drunk. 12.4 hopefully resolves this
@JeddsTeslaVideos6 ай бұрын
Yeah I’m sure it’ll eventually get resolved. Weird that it happens sometimes, but not all the time
