I worked in kitchens for many years and watching people fillet fish is so insane how complicated people make it... its a round fish or flat fish... and specifically pike... all these people doing the "5 fillet method" wtf... what a waste! THIS TO EVERYONE: Is how you fillet ALL ROUND FISH This is a perfect tutorial you dont need to learn specific fish! JUST what this person is doing here!
