Tutte le volte che Mac ha un discorso chiarificatore con Harm e' solo per giustificare la sua rottura con lui.L'ha fatto quando doveva mettersi con il grandissimo avvocato Dalton,con Brumby e per ultimo, con la spia Webb,che tra le altre cose e' amico di Rabb.Sarah ha una spiccata tendenza a portarsi a letto tutti gli uomini che mostrano un certo interesse per lei,stava tentando cio' anche con l'ammiraglio Cekeguiden,ma l'ammiraglio se ne e' accorto in tempo.Stava tentando di baciarlo,ma non c'e' riuscita.Forse aveva iniziato a 14 anni con il suo amico ubriacone,poi deceduto durante la festa per il diploma.Per allontanarsi da suo padre aveva sposato,a 18 anni,un uomo che aveva fatto degli imbrogli il suo sistema di vita,ma l'aveva lasciato per andare all'accademia dei marins aiutata dal colonnello Farrow,che aveva poi preteso il pagamento di quest'aiuto portandosela a letto e facendone la sua amante.In seguito era riuscita a diventare avvocato ed essere ammessa al Jag dove aveva conosciuto Rabb e con lui un periodo di tranquillita' ma che era durata poco dopo aver conosciuto il grande avvocato Dalton che le aveva schiuso il mondo dei famosi avvocati che guadagnavano cifre importantissime e si era adeguata a questa vita naturalmente andando a letto con Dalton che era divenuto il suo fidanzato.Poi era arrivato il turno dell'antipaticissimo Brumby,capitano della marina australiana,che le aveva fatto una corte spietata tale da potersi configurare anche come persecuzione,fino a che non si era fidanzato con lei ed avrebbe dovuta sposarla,ma non ci era riuscito per altre ragioni.In ultimo era arrivata la spia Webb che dopo che l'aveva portata,con lui,in Paraguay,ne aveva fatta la sua amante,nonostante Harm le avesse salvata la vita.Questa e' stata,per sommi capi la vita amorosa del tenente colonnello Sarah Mackenzie,donna sempre pronta a soddisfarre il desiderio di chi voleva portarla a letto e glielo chiedeva.Unico cretino rimasto a bocca asciutta era stato il capitano Harmon Rabb junior detto Harm,che non glielo aveva mai chiesto.

Es war schön mitzuerleben, wie Christine Cagney die Angelegenheit mit der Obdachlosen Jane Doe behandelte, so voller Mitgefühl. Es war ihr wichtig, dass diese Frau mit Würde begraben werden konnte. Obwohl Christine sich nach außen oft hart gab, so hatte sie doch diese weiche Seite, die sie nur selten zeigte. Dazu die Geschichte mit der Polizisten-Nachwuchs-Werbung. "Cagney und Lacey" ist so menschlich, dafür liebe ich die Serie und die Beiden. Danke Tessa für das großartige Video
