hey guys! do you know why your final batters were different in texture? i noticed emily's batter was more moist than bonnies and they came out more thin. i made some today and my batter was more dry and clumpy and turned out to be like bonnie's. even though its good, i like my cookies to be more thin and chewy!

Hey! We aren’t too sure why our doughs were so different from one another either but if we had to guess, it’s possible there were some slight variations in measuring the ingredients. Did you measure everything using cups or grams? Bonnie used cups whereas Emily used grams so it’s possible the discrepancy could be coming from there! If you try making them again, we’d love to know how they turn out.

i dont have a scale at home so i use cups... i made them again (being more mindful to not pack the cup) and they turned out great!! thank you for the reply <3

Wow I never thought about miso as an ingredient for baking. In France it’s still a bit tricky to find so I probably won’t be able to try any time soon 😂 Anyways, great video! Can’t to see what you guys do next!

Nice. I wanted to see how it's made using an electric hand mixer. Would it affect the taste if I don't have ground cardamom?
