First you have to get there. The only way is Jesus. Do it His Way, for it is the way and the plan God put in place for those who seek Him. Repent, get baptized (not as a child but do it as a concious desicion to want to bury your old life under water with Jesus) and receive the Holy Ghost. The Holy ghost does not enter by accident people. Jesus baptizes with Holy Ghost and Fire TODAY, I myself received last year on the 2nd of April and spoke in a new tongue when I did receive. Everyone in the Bible who got baptized with the Holy Ghost by Jesus spoke in tongues (see Acts 1, Acts 2:4, Acts 8, Acts 10:44, Acts 19, Romans 8:26, Isaiah 28:11, Mark 16:17) Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
