Love these three steps. I’ll be sharing them with my young sons. It would be cool if you had merch shirts with your logo and those steps on it. My wife makes custom T-shirts if you want her to design something.

Uh, that sounds AWESOME! I have a merch company I work with, but a design can be plugged right in!

I will try this because my command is terrible. P.S. Trevor! I slept wrong and my shoulder is killing me. Have you ever had that problem in your pro career? Also, what is that thing MLB teams do whenever they get a hit (the Mets do a double spank, one to the dugout and another to the outfield). ⚾ 💪

hey man not Trevor, but I am a pitcher myself. If you ever do recovery post bullpen, you can do that to stretch out any arm/shoulder pain. its less for warming up and more so for working out of pain. But I personally do my recovery pre aswell as post game. Any drills that get your arm moving backwards is very good for stretching out your arm, this could be bands, or even reverse throws with Plyos!

How heavy of a medball should I use if I’m about 5’9 140? Also can you throw them into a net or does it have to be a brick wall?

As a highschool ballplayer, how do I effectively hold runners on and make it so they don't run all over me

As a pitcher going into college, I hope what you talk about on this channel I can apply to my routine

Also, are there any intricacies with mechanics that aren't talked about much that you would say helped you within your career?

And one last question, how did you reset your mental when struggling on the mound (whether control or giving up hits) to still finish the inning?
