There used to be loads of Ale Houses in Liverpool, Half Way Houses etc,, each street had a pub at the end of the street /road - one each side .Depending what side of the street you lived you drank at that pub.

Was either I started a joke or I've gotta get a message to you that made me a fan. Think around 1969, not sure. Have never stopped being a fan. Still have the cassette tape I bought in 1971, best of bee gees.
