God, thank you for deliverance from evil and from wickedness. Thank you for abounding grace. Thank you for righting all of our wrongs In Jesus mighty name. Amen 🙏 🤍

Hey! Beginner here. Can someone explain to me how riding with other strong riders is helpful when drafting is not allowed? They keep saying "if they work together" then can catch-up.

That is what I call complete athletes! So this is what a 1:09 half marahton pace looks like...

She had one of the best days ever for that race. Was great to see her after all the hardships physically she's had to overcome the past years.

10 years ago, IM and IM70.3 belonged to the uber bikers - now it seems the runners are getting their day in the sun

Quick question(s): Is it common practice for Ironman to cover up the sign of a local business with your own sponsor's banner with neither permission from, nor compensation for, said business? How easy was it to ignore both the phone number and QR code on the sign that would have put you in direct contact with the business owner? Asking for a friend, considering the pains he went through to have his new sign installed in time for the 2024 "VINFAST" Ironman World Championship Kona. Way to engender good will with your hosts. Typical corporate greed. I could go on and on, but I'll leave it at that, for now.

I always get choked up when I see the volunteers/crew taking care of these athletes who have clearly pushed themselves to the breaking point. I really love humans.

A little more advertising next time would be great. It was quite annoying to watch the race for 5-7 minutes between the commercials.

Athletes are the stars of the show but Ironman 70.3 video coverage is going downhill. Trying to save money? AI announcers studio set and bouncy run coverage🤦♂️Get some cameras with stabilizer settings. The broadcast team is good. Mike, Dede, Rinni, Greg. Bravo

Why on earth can’t we see this in real time? What kind of contract did you all negotiate for coverage of the event?!?
