Seriously best video for what we need! We are gonna do the trench method. Love your video an dedication. You have built a solid run. We have one a bit bigger, we have recently found dug holes around the run so next week on pay day, I’m doing the trench. Thanks for this great video. Will like and subscribe.

I have just finished building one these and I’m really happy with the end result but I hope never to see another cable tie as long as I live. Took forever. Did it on my own so took me about a week to build. The frame goes up easily but fitting the mesh is really finicky. I had the same issues with fitting the mesh on the door/ends. Pleased it’s finally up. Unfortunately found your video after I’d finished mine. Hey ho.

Hi Ben, love what you're doing. What fertilizer do you use on the beetroots? Is it ok to use Tomato feed on Beets and also on Carrots?

Howdy do from California USA! Garlic is what I call my Joy Crop! I love them so! I have yet to successfully grow a good size elephant garlic. Maybe because we get too hot? I’m glad I stumbled upon your channel!

You are an inspiration :-) thank you for putting so much into sharing your love of gardening love of life, on KZbin . It’s great to pace and take a break, know when to take time to reflect. I have just shared this video as my inspirational video for the gaggle of 21-30 yr old neurodivergent/multi medical disabilities anxiety/chronic fatigue sprogs as introduction to helping me on my allotment and a new shared half allotment for them. I have fibromyalgia and it has been an epic journey gaining an allotment at the start of covid lockdown, so thank you for the inspiration and reminder to maintain balance and keep growing, things get hard. But just keep the waves calm :-)

£7 for a tray of marigolds or £2 for 100 seeds - you decide. Personally I prefer to grow them myself as that’s most of the fun.

To be honest, I don't see a reason to restrict root growth with containers. The plants are better off with developing broader root system before reaching deeper for water and nutrients.

The thermometer on Vitopods are to be just hung inside air not buried in the soil.. I know this video is old.. but incase anyone sees this going forward - it’s not recommended to do that with this system 🫶🏼
