Shadow, Rouge, and Omega have never been portrayed as just "anti-villains who get lumped together" lmao they've always been shown to be allies/friends. @@SLTheOneAndAwesome19 One I can't even find where that's official said so as of rn you're wrong and two he doesn't have any friends, not any buddy buddy ones. The only true friend like that he's ever had was Maria, Omega and Rouge are friends but way more like allies. This has always been how Shadow is portrayed since his debut in SA2, not something they just started pushing for the last decade. Again what are YOU talking about?

@@chrange9714 Just because he have not seen it doesn't mean its not true. The profile talked about is from last years "Sonic Fast friends forever" champagnes official Website. Ian Flynn also talked on his pod cast about how Sega told him that Shadow has no friends when he asked about it for writing on the comics a few years ago. And Iizuka in some interviews leading up to Shadow Generations did also talk about Shadow as if Maria is literally all that there is to his life (assuming the official subtitles on him aren't wrong).

I think so too since maria says that she will see shadow again. Unless they completely kill him off which is super unlikely. Plus he’s immortal so no way to see themselves unless something happens. Like a person that can bring people back to life like a power… like the seven deadly sins where idk a person is able to control the body of a dead person. Until the dead person Denys the creator giving life. (Ban and Elaine) but most likely she will be a ghost and disappear once the user/boss dies
