Weber " i'm disappointed that i spent the time educate myself [with the lower indicator part] to educate you [bc i just glanced at words from your comment] when my BS detector started going off. red flags: 1: the "250nm-270nm" discription. i knew about that type of ink [glows under uv {any uv}] so that was a red flag. 2: he was using a unreputable product [the card] , --> unreputable bc there is no "standard" indicated on the card [no gov. entity which there usually is of anything relating to health and or no label , a group of numbers and letters that mean nothing to you currently but you are pretty sure if you look it will be illuminating ex: MIL-DTL-13486 . i didn't know there could never be a "standard". if you read that paper you know what i mean.<-- ... using a unreputable product [the card] to measure a product [the phone sterilizer]. 3. no big **s WARNING LABEL on the hand held lamp he was using . *BIG* 4: i know quartz glass is required to pass the uv-c spectrum. so the cover was throwing me off. you need specialty cover [the glass on the cover of the light which would indicate it was for that specific product and so the Warning label should STAND OUT with big letters and some graphic not some bland text that you wouldn't bother to read] 5: while looking for the lamp there was a elon musk related video that wasn't negative. indicating possible fan of elon musk is making this video. so he isn't educated and doesn't have a problem with scamming. 6: etc etc blah blah blah

@@wolu9456 This is not a card designed for measuring solar UV. Under UVC light greater than 300 microwatts, the lower part will show the word ultraviolet. To confirm it is UVC the letters will show UVC in the top test. It is a very easy way to tell if you are using a UVC light that has germicidal capabilities. The paper you referred to has nothing to do with UVC
