It's funny how this move is practically identical to the “Shoryureppa”, but Capcom decided to give it a completely different name. The same goes for Akuma's “Messatsu Goshoryu”.

The reason i don't do that is because all Capcom games have that "First Attack" notice when you have maximum health and i think that takes viewers attention from the move itself.

For some strange reason this is the only Street Fighter 3 that has the 16:9 option, which you would have taken advantage of but it's still cool to see those special moves the characters had in that moment of the saga, for 3rd Strike they changed some again or improved hitboxes, animations and damage

The Somersault Justice of Charlie tried be a wrong in Street Fighter US tv serie, because "Charlie"/"Blanka" could not carry out this move similar to minute 4:05, in that cartoon, it was very poor and patetic, well, and Street Fighter V contents a new move very similar to the Rugal Bernstein from KOF, thanks for this video
