I don't dance, but I wear ankle length, voluminous skirts and often tuck them in either for style or for convenience. This is is such a great and fun tutorial of how to up my tucking game lol.

Oh, thanks for this podcast.... I love it!! 🥰I think that being present is the most challenging thing during the solo moment, as many things can distract us and doing exercises during practices or training in connection with your own breathing, with the chosen music is the help for me in these moments.

How long does it generally take to get certifications, general skills and teaching?

Hey! It depends, for the General Skills certification, they recommend at least two years minimum experience prior to taking it. Then to take the Teacher Training, you'd need Completion and Certification of General Skills , of course. You can check out the information here: fcbd.com/certification-courses/

I do what I call a second bustle era tuck where it's like the high-low but you shove it down the back. I like it because it not only gives you all the volume in the back but you can show off your harem pants. It makes me feel very 19th-century laundress.
