The biggest thing for me as a old Dj was being able to add a 1210 to the system to still play old vinyl as well I nearly made the mistake of going for the cheaper option the RR and not being able to connect a deck to it like the RX2

hi, I intend to buy a console that allows me to train and be prepared to play in a club with CDJs, do I think it is necessary to buy a console similar to cdj3000?

Interessant om dit te zien! Persoonlijk hou ik erg van deephouse met een Arabisch tintje. bv Anas Otman, Taoufik, M4RK

Another important pointer for me if doing support shows is that I might pay with the clubs own mixer and only bring an usb, then the RX-2 is more closer in terms of effects and everything! I do understand the portability of the RR but I go to the gym now so for me it's a no brainer!

A lot of friends into Sound have the M50X, I tried them! It does sound good! A little heavy for my liking, although the build quality seems fine! I have heard the ears can get hot after a while! Second pair of HD 25 in 15 years! Love them! Much Lighter! It sounds better to me (Maybe I am just used to them), I also really like the fact that they are stealthy! Especially when you like going everywhere with them! They are made of plastic but they are pretty durable if you handle them with care! It is true that sometimes they can feel a little tight on the ears after a while! It's good to take a break anyway! ;) So, HD 25 all the way for me! IT's a sound thing really for me! Enjoy the Journey!

Think your ATH-M50X headphones may be fake. There are lots of reorts of counterfeit ATH-M50X's. Objective test results show them to be pretty neutral. My listening sugggests the same.

Currently upgraded from the SB2 to the RR. It seems a better upgrade would have been to the RX3 but I can't justify it for a bedroom setup. I want to practise in the bedroom the proper way and the RR will help me do that!

@@danielebellezza8699 I think they will definitely help but are not mandatory. The all in one is similar to using the CDJs in the club. I’ve been to the studio a few times to use them and it’s not much different to my mixer (obviously a lot better) so in my experience the RR has helped me. There’s some big differences but for the most part it’s similar. I can’t speak for other mixers

I have used the X5 and would not recommend you do. After 12 months of moderate use they broke from the plastic hinges on both sides so after weeks of back and forth on email they agreed to replace then out of good will they said only for them to brake in exactly the same way from the plastic hinge which is brittle and weak. I wouldn’t mind but I didn’t even use them that much and the box said head tested 20,000 times which must be 🐂💩

One of the best, unbiased, reviews about DJ headphones I've seen on KZbin. I have HD 25, for the last 4 years, and these are fantastic headphones! Unfortunately they are brakable (as it happen to me by my mistake of course, otherwise they last a long time), but all parts are availalbe. Only recently I decided to get something that cover my ears as I only mix with headphones and comfort is something that matters after a long time behind the decks.

@@tomislav_malbasic Hi there. At the moment I mix on SONY MDR-7506, but at the time when I was posting the comment above, I was using Pioneer HDJ-X7. Well-made headphones, great for Dance music. Unfortunately, the deep low end started to annoy me and ditched them for Sennheiser. Otherwise, they were great, very comfy and superb sound quality.

I had the pioneers and the AT. Even when both sound good and are very comfy, have a serious quality issues In both models the plastic crack very quickly The AT last around two seasons (200 events) The Pioneer less than one season (80-90 events). I fixed with glue and duck tape and they go for another extra season, but now broken again and are irreparable. I just purchase the HD-25 and I will see.
