However, this type may become choked in winter due to the formation of wax and ice. Moreover, it doesn’t absorb any moisture in the fuel.  A better alternative is to use a sedimentation type primary filter.  It should be noted that diesel fuel is lighter than the impurities (water and solid particles), due to which reason the later have higher inertia and tend to gravitate quickly to the lowest position, if the fuel is allowed to become static.  The fuel from the tank enters the filter and flows around the conical diffuser funnel to accelerate downwards to the sediments chamber.

I believe it is comparable to Iridium Denso and NGK since the ground is still Platinum, not Iridium. No idea why Bosch name it double Iridium, misleading it to double platinum meaning (ground and center electrode). They cost the same but way more expensive than Autoshit/Autolite or ACDelco. Many American cars also starts using Iridium Denso and NGK as their OEM supplier, they just last long, easily more than 120k Miles or 200k Km.

Bosch is only the best when its made in Germany or Usa. its sad that most Bosch these days are made in Brazil or China. Those are poor quality.

Terrible wiper blades, bosch never got worse than this. These blades squeak like a hamster from the minute you install them. Avoid at all cost.

@1:06 he talks about loss of Platinum on the ground electrode? I thought this was double Iridium? Double like center and ground electrode have Iridium on them. Where is the Platinum on this?

I drive a lot and I’m. The cold , these are decent for the price since you get both for my Audi . Last me about 15 months , they’re still ok but I’m a windshield freak
