Cute flowers! I have masses of 3 inch pieces that I couldn't bring myself to throw out and now I know what to do with them--thanks!!

Good morning! Such cute little flowers. Throw away 3" of ribbon?? NO WAY!! I don't even throw away 1" piece ;p I've looked at that paint a few times but never bought it, was wondering how good (or bad) it is. I bought some of that lovely foil paper also ♥ Oh I love that fabric. I cry because I lost all of my fabric labels in a move. I had enough for a jacket ( at least 4 journals). Lovely haul, and oh those books ♥♥♥ Have a wonderful weekend ☺♥

Hi Kim, That photo album was such a great find. I find that the Dollaramas here in Manitoba don't always carry the same things as yours does. Like those large keys you found at Dollarama, I've looked here and have had no luck!! I'll have to put it out to the universe that I'm looking for them!!! Lol!! 😁

This looks awesome, Kim. Love the bird images and napkins. The bird writing papers are a beautiful addition too. I love birds as well as cats LOL. I enjoyed this video very much. Question - Do you tear the pages out or cut them out with craft knife? “There are a lot of amazing pictures” *turns to little mermaid* “well not this one” 😮😮😮😂 Our day of yardsaling was so much fun, we definitely have to do it again next summer. The baggie of handmade embellies were from me, but I didn’t make all of them, but most. I do use old book covers!! I just have no more space for them. 😂 The folio is machine stitched. I think I most modern machines should do zigzags that wide, I think it’s 5mm? Omg that bookplate is totally similar to moque torture! I swear I still lose sleep over the thought of you burning journals. Your journals are such beautiful works of art! 😢 It was a surprise to see stuff in your haul from the spring/summer. Good to know I’m not the only one who has stuff waiting for me to make a thrifty video. 😂😂

Another great haul!!! As usual, you make me want to go thrifting!!! If you google house hippo commercial on KZbin, the Canadian commercial for kids so they will not believe everything they see on TV. All it did was make everyone want a House Hippo!!! My daughters are in their 30's and are still upset that they are not real!!!

Kim, I'm so glad you liked it all! The folded ribbon was made by my MIL who sewed wedding dresses, I got most of my lace from her. The embroidered lace blouse pcs were from tops she made herself as a young girl. Many of the thinner papers are digitals I purchased (I'll send you the link to the one you loved, by Tracey Fox I believe), a couple are scans of fabric I have. I was able to part with that scrapbook pad because I have another one for myself 😀. Enjoy crafting!

Hi Kim! I feel so inspired by these! Thank you so much. I just put some fabrics I didn't think I'd use in the donation bag and guess what...lol...I just have to get it back in my stash so I can make these! I can not wait to make something similar. I have paint swatches somewhere but for the life of me can't remember where. How do you keep track of where you put stuff? I made a "where is it" list in the back of my common place book but wouldn't you know...I misplaced my commonplace book. Oh man. Creativity abounds but organization and remembering where fails. I definitely feel inspired to make something like these! Thanks for all the ideas!
