This video is awesome, I really enjoyed watching it! :) My main struggle is finding unique, exclusive, industry-quality vocals with real storytelling, all completely FREE. It'd be amazing if you could create a multi-genre vocal sample pack inspired by artists like Martin Garrix, David Guetta, and many others, covering everything from Progressive House to Hardstyle. This pack, full of unique, exclusive, industry-quality vocals with true storytelling, all completely FREE, would be a game-changer for both myself and other producers in the EDM community. Thanks for the great content!
@jordanroseoffcial11 күн бұрын
I agree with everything, but I don't get the 'free' part. You want industry quality vocals with story telling, which means a lot of time and energy goes into it. But then it has to be free. How much do you really want it? It's the same as when you are told during your application that you have to work the first month for free. The sun rises for free buddy!
@UneriumDaLion256011 күн бұрын
@jordanroseoffcial Thanks for your opinion! My aim is to find a resource that not only meets my needs but also supports & inspires other producers in the EDM community. I genuinely believe we can come up with something that's beneficial for everyone. Any advice or suggestions would be really helpful.
@thexguymusic3 күн бұрын
I don’t think it’s possible to convince all of these bro… especially the “free” and “unique” stuff haha
@UneriumDaLion25603 күн бұрын
@@thexguymusic What I'm really looking for are vocals that are *completely free* . I totally understand the hard work that goes into creating quality vocals, and I really appreciate it. Unique vocals can add so much value to my EDM tracks and attract more listeners, benefiting not just me but many other producers as well. If you know of any vocalist who can provide unique, exclusive, and industry-quality vocals completely free, it would be *TRULY* game-changing. Many of us have zero budget for vocals but still want our music to stand out. In return, I'd be happy to credit the vocalist in my tracks on platforms like SoundCloud or KZbin, helping us both gain exposure. If this benefits the entire EDM community, I would also love to give you a shout out for making it possible. Thank you for considering this! Best regards, Unerium.

It sounds distinguished like something not edm but it's a good rythym and attempt so maybe 6/10 which is not good but it's not bad it's above average for me

There are so many AWESOME and GOAT plugins available from the ones mentioned in your video, but to be completely honest with you, Vital should be ranked as the GOAT plugin with Serum in my opinion, because it's almost completely FREE, and it has truly unique warping modes that probably no other synth plugin has, and there's another completely FREE forever & fully-functional plugin that should be ranked at the GOAT tier, and that's BYOD by ChowDSP for its features that allow producers to create truly unique & fresh sounds, so that their music is transcendently more likely to sound unique & captivating.
@thexguymusic16 күн бұрын
thanks for sharing ur thoughts, actually you’re right! it must be m I’m no that into sound design but now that u say this, I’d place it at the top 🫡
@UneriumDaLion256016 күн бұрын
@thexguymusic No problem, dude! By the way, I'm advocating for completely FREE forever VST3 plugins for the entire EDM producer community. This way, they can make extraordinary and unique music even without access to paid plugins! :) Thanks for your response, BTW. I wasn’t expecting that! I’ve been using BYOD by ChowDSP, and it’s a game changer for my sound design. Completely free and VST3-compatible. I plan to use it in my music. Want to try it?
Parameteric EQ2 is really good, heatmap is a thing for sound design. Heatmap can show you every harmonic of the sound more detailed than all other EQ's

And about fl limiter. Maybe its about my workflow (i use this only for sidechain and clipping), but if you make delta bypass (invert phase) in clip mode for fl limiter and pro l2 with same settings you will get... Silence. This plugins have similar algorithms

Seriously, one thing I've learned is that not every channel needs a fancy plugin, use stock plugins for inserts and fancier ones for buses and sends.
@thexguymusic16 күн бұрын
yeah, knew that, I’m just saying it’s not a thing I use a lot and I don’t like the filters mostly, might be because I’m not that into sound design tho
@thexguymusic16 күн бұрын
for sure! I just don’t like EQ2 at all, but for example, when I’m in ableton, I use the regular stock plugin all the time

I'm great at composing but I don't really know how to create "good sounds" - worse is the case when these same sounds form the distinctive character of a genre and I want to produce that specific genre; I found your channel because I'm getting into melodic house, I have every intention of acquiring the premium sample packs, I really think it's good to be able to simply dedicate myself to what I'm good at, I mean everyone buys pianos from Yamaha or KORG, nobody goes around making their own piano.
@thexguymusic18 күн бұрын
yeah I agree with you! Focusing on what you’re good at is probably the best approach, however, if you have some extra time, would be good to cover or learn a bit about sound design as it can transform your song and make it even more unique 💪🏻 You can also use that time to search for cool packs tho 🧐
