I had one similar. It worked great. And i put the bagger on. I used it around all these trees i planted. What i chopped up had lots of leaves in it so it was free mulch. The bad thing that happened though was i was really pushing it. The brush had inch and a half small trees all over the place. The motor was to small for the job i put it through. It stopped working right. It was reving up and down without any steady power. I shut it off and i couldn't get it started anymore. I think the crankshaft was a little bent to. It will be trashed. Im happy because I got a lotof use out of it. Say la vie

Actually at 7:41 you should’ve have made U-shaped bar in place of that bar and welded it to the wheels axle and keeping the wheels right in the same location they were prior. And then cut the center part of bar out and then you would be able to cut as you want to and still have the strength and alignment of the original shaft!

This is a nonsense video! None of this will even begin to work. If you remove the door handles and install the new metal sleeves, you will see exactly why I say this. There is a little plastic slider that must be slid out before the new sleeves can be installed. Then the sliders must be slid back in to hold the new sleeve in place. It is impossible to do this without removing the handles.

I've been doing for years with old beater mowers I get out of the trash. I even cut saplings with them. I don't worry about the wheel extensions either. When I blow up the mower, I move on to the next one. Angle grinder at the ready!
