Had one of those on the jobsite today with 4 m16 bolts that were rusted shut, and as we were on a gas well sparks need to be as contained as possible so an angle grinder is an no go. The saw was brand new and burned out on the 4th bolt

Too bad the app doesn't look like it's been updated since it was made and it's not allowing me to create an account so I can't register my products which is inconvenient. The app seems very amateur layout and fill and features You can't do anything unless you sign up and you can't sign up because the link they send you for confirmation is a bad blink or bad code. In metabo help doesn't reply and I'm new to this brand of tools and I really like the tools but seeing how unavailable customer services is kind of a red flag for the future because of something does go wrong with the tools I feel like I'm just going to be left hanging because I can't even register them because of an issue on their side so now if something happens I'm out a lot because I have unregistered tools

The speakers are 3.5 " in diameter 5 watt each 4ohm - they distort like mad when its up past half way - a lot of money for what in essence sounds crap compared to other site radios. I,am taking mine back for a refund.

It looks alright, but the side fence is terrible, and I can imagine the dust bag. Anyway, but for £100 more, there is the Festool, which is still the best cheap option compared to Mafell.

Cutting 'chases'/channels in brick walls. So you can run wires or pipes down them. It's basically just a big circular saw, with an vaccum hose to reduce the amount of dust. Might have an attachment that sprays water depending on the brand, also to help reduce dust.

Yes this can be used for chasing but if you had a lot of chasing to do we would recommend the ASR 35 M Corded vacuum

@bwallace936 I have a 40v makita grinder. Definitely more powerful than any metabo cordless. And I still think it's not as powerful as my work's corded 1500w grinder. Might be wrong because work grinder is much louder than my makita cordless 40v so that make me feel like it's much more powerful.

How is it compared though? I mean the steinel mh5 is slightly above $200 as to the metabo hg18 is slightly under $200, but they both max at 900 heat according to advertisement. But the metabo hpt which would be the little brother of the hg18 max heat is 1022 at just $122. They all have lcd screens. These price would be tool only. Is one more durable than the other?

Looks exactly like hikoki. The only error I see is the rafter-hook, which should be replaced wih a belt-hook instead.
