Thanks for watching them. :) We hadn't heard about the Incline Railway closing. What a bummer. It would be great to see the cars passing from the trail. We would totally have done that if not for time and laziness.

@ You’re welcome! I’m sure it’ll open sometime next month or else I hope in February at the very latest if not sooner. Watching them from the trail is something you should consider when you’re back in town and hopefully it’ll already be back and running.

I believe it's the Brown Line since it's going counterclockwise on the outer tracks...also this is a 2600-series train set, which is older than the 5000-series used on the Red and Purple

They have the same traction motors (Bombardier MITRAC 1508C) that's why and but the train cars (specifically the CQ311s and CQ310s) got the sound when they were refurbished to look like the CQ312s that arrived in 2002. They were refurbished between 2005-2009 and the CQ311s got another refurbishment in 2020.

You could always just ride the 10A or 10B to Sugarloaf Mills. At least you could find something to do there.

Same I've been riding Marta since the early 2010s and I remember when the CQ311s still had the stripes around the cars and still had the old LED signs like the other CQ310s and 312s until they got rebuilt again in 2020, now they have no stripes around the car and have those new orange LED signs. Including the "Metropolitan Authority Rapid Transit" sign thing above the windows. And I still remember when there were no announcements in the station's (until 2020) so you could only rely on the signs hanging on top of the ceiling, or the yellow lights that flashes in the tunnel or by the train tracks when a train is coming

​@@ron_conYes 210 used to have stripes around the car and had old LED signs like other CQ310s and 312s. In case you didn't know, 210 is a CQ311. 210 was rebuilt again around 2020-2021 along with the other CQ311s to have newer LED signs (they're orange now) and doesn't have any color stripes around the car and now has "Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit" lettering above the windows on the outside.

​@@ron_contheres a lot of videos, but they look the same so i can understand your confusion lol. @ron_con Okay so the CQ311s now are the cars that have the orange LED signs, and have no marta color stripes around the cars. The CQ310s have a white body, and has different air vents at the top sides from the CQ311s. They have the same headlight positions but the CQ311 has a grayish body while the CQ310s has a white one. The CQ312s are the cars with the blue seats and blue lights in the inside. They also have their headlights up instead of being being at the bottom like the CQ310s and CQ311s. They also have 2 windshield wipers on both windows in the front instead of one like the CQ311s and CQ310s. Now heres the built date for them. The CQ310s were built from 1979-1982. The CQ311s were built from 1984-1988. The CQ312s were built around the early 2000s. When the CQ312s arrived on the system, marta upgraded the CQ311s and CQ310s to look like them. This was 2004-2009 when they all were finally refurbished. Then in 2020, the CQ311s were rebuilt again with the updates i included at the beginning of this comment . I hope this clears it up, lol. I think when I wrote this comment, it was hidden so I had to send it again.
