I just like how in platinum you can get all three box legendaries and there was no version-exclusive mons…If Nintendo stuck with platinum’s formula for all their games they probably wouldn’t be disliked as much. And as much as I loved bw/bw2 those games would’ve been infinitely better if they had a “platinum” version imo

I found this video and the previous one from a reference in another video about a SpongeBob DoodleBob theory about the SpongeBob Drawn to Life game, and it brought back memories of playing specifically The Next Chapter. All I really remembered about it was the hub worlds but I remembered more and more as I watched through this video. I couldn't remember the ending until you showed the first frame of the family walking together and everything came back. I never played the original, and I last played this one probably about 13 or so years ago, so I had absolutely no idea what was going on in the ending. This was a great video, and it brought back happy memories of playing this game

This is the game that I was hiding under my pillow in the fourth grade. It was my everything. This is the game I thought back to when I finished NieR: Automata and said "a game hasn't made me cry like this since [insert game]." I begged my parents for this game, mourned the cartridge when I lost it, and rejoiced when I discovered it wedged into the backseat of my mom's car. The only real opinions i heard about this game from other kids at this time was a touch of mockery from my classmates who were playing Halo and the like. It makes me so happy to know that i was not the only person so deeply affected by this, and thinking about it fills me with a kind of love and longing that the word "nostalgia" just doesn’t do justice by.

To me, no. It still had really bad early-mid game Pokémon, really long, slow battles where the enemy’s attacks always had extreme accuracy and yours would miss 75% of the time. The experience totally wrecked me on Gen 4, I don’t get the hype that it constantly gets

This one and DW2 (hear me out) are my favourites of the series! I love how this one is just a 'not as' convoluted version of Dawn/Dusk, which I also enjoyed playing... man, that was 12~13 years ago, dang I'm old af. lmao And yeah, a speedhack is almost a necessity for these Digimon games to be enjoyed properly, especially nowadays at least in my opinion. There's so many games and so little time. Also I heavily dislike games that like to waste our time (looking at you Next Order) but thankfully there's always a way to speed things up so we can progress and have our fav Digis in our team and even getting new favourites too!
