so im using an esp32 wroover model together with a RC522 RFID but when i connect it and try to read my tags the serial montor gives me nothing i tried the 2 tags and the 1 card tag it got delivered with but its not doing anything

I have five connections on one of my antenna hubs 1-5 but the antenna hub is only reading the first one in the chain and not progressing. Usually the blinking orange light will rotate all the way around the antenna hub but it is just stuck on the first hub of the antenna hub. Any help would be appreciated

May I check USB Flash Drive AND TCP/IP Socket together? What I need is the reader sending data for the software over TCP/IP and backing up data to the USB flash drive at the same time.

Great Video, I was able to encode the Data in the EPC. How do we encode data into the "User" Memory bank of the tag in ItemTest, I tried using the same method we did for EPC but its not working (I am too using Monza R6 tag).

When i am trying to read the tags after adding the reader(speedwayr420) i am getting an error “M_UnsupportedParameter: LLRP[398] ”. I think it is some error with LLRP protocol. Further I cannot change any configuration of the reader, the same type of LLRP error comes up. Can you please help me how to solve it. 4:41

Has the app stopped working for newer phones? We have attempted on iOS and Android. The reader connects via bluetooth but then the app says "No Reader Connected". Keyboard entry is enabled.

So I do not need to use the media/ribbon calibrate option and remove like 10 stickers for it to calibrate and remove ribbon from the feed sensor and put it back again?

Hey! So you should only need to do that if you are using different media/tags than you've previously used. So if you use the same tags/media each time, you shouldnt have to worry about that. Also - I think you dont need to take off 10, might could do a little less than that for a full calibration. Let me know if that helps!

We get great reads everywhere but at a specific meeting when we're trying to herd 1000 people through one set of double doors where the readers are set up. We miss some of the tags I think because there are so many people in the read zone at one time. How would you offset this?

Great question! So do you have two sets of portals up, one for each door? or do you have just one portal on one side of the double doors and one portal on the other side? Also, have you thought about using an antenna at the top of the double door area? There's actually quite a few ways you could go about this, alot of the time RFID Race Timers have this same kind of problem with people coming through the finish line. I used a variety of tags, but the one you can see the Smartrac Dogbone tag. I dont still have that pack with me so I dont know what was specifically in it, just a variety of UHF RFID inlays. Are you able to get to Web UI of the RFID reader? In this video, we dont need to know the IP dhcp, but the Web UI will populate it when you open up the Web UI. Did this not work for you?
