yes the bottom comes off. the white and blue are two different pieces and it has wheels and the screen moves towards the needle if needed

i dont understand your question about doing it normal. if its moving to fast you can slow it down if its not stopping in the middle when you click the one that puts the frame in the middle then click for it to put in middle then turn off machine and recenter your hoop then turn back on and that will be the middle

the big frame is already installed on your machine there is another video on how to add addition frames to your machine but do not take out the frames already there just add to empty spots

depends how much you use. doing the statue of liberty i oiled after every 2 panels because each panel was over 100,000 stitches. also depends if self oiling or not. whats parts do you want to know about some is once a week some is daily.

they come from china there are distributors here for holiauma. what they dont tell you is about the import fees and other fees with buying it directly from them. if you are in the usa and interested in a 15 needle holiauma you can join the facebook group HOLiAUMA USA OWNERS GROUP. Bai sends me request to like their page but I dont know how well their machines work so i decline and im used to 15 needle so not interested in going to a 12 needle for same price.

@@Cisco77050 what thread are you using brand and is it poly or rayon. check make sure the needle is turned correctly. make sure you have oiled the machine. is it one or 2 threads or all? if one or 2 then use a different thread to make sure its not bad thread. run the h test to make sure tension is good. the eye of the needle should be faceing straight or slightly to the right with the indent part just above the eye should be at the back.

@@donnasembroideryplus5920 all havent done the test because is just work for a little and it breaks the threads on all.

@@Cisco77050 if its all threads then its probably your bobbin thread make sure the bobbin thread is in correctly and when you put the bobbin in you should hear it click in place. check for a burr on the needle plate also if using magnetic bobbin in holder remove the little metal piece inside if not magnetic then the little metal piece has to be in the bobbin holder. this video shows threading your bobbin kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5CaoZJ8oJx-fKs
