You don’t need to listen to music or frequencies ..you don’t need to imagine the color red ,none of that,, you can activate your charka just by breathing a certain way and trust me you would know when your root Charka is active..!! Because at the base of the root chakra, it will get hot. You feel the root chakra warming up and getting hot. You flex your pelvis or the base of your spine when you’re sitting down not to be inappropriate, but if you’re male you flex your private part and your a$$ hole and then of course the opposite for a woman and once you flex it shoot this sensation up to your head like you’re getting the goosebumps and after that, you expand the root chakra so you’re flexing your pelvis, the front and your back which is your butt cheeks all of that you contract it squeezing not hard but a nice firm flex , then shoot the sensation up your spine to your head wow the sensation is going up hold your breath once the sensation washes over your face and your head then you can breathe, Why you take your breath, expand the pelvis not just the front the back too… what you’re doing is working the muscle to bring heat, which you will feel the heat guaranteed.. you had to understand your spirit is a fire and from the base chakra up to your crown chakra should be only for your spirit, but has we go through life we go through trauma or whatever the cases addiction or what not what I’m trying to say words are powerful when you say something to someone you gave it authority and power and manifest, and when that person believes what they said there charka takes the damage.. the air gets stuck in the chakra ..so you work out the muscle think positive about it. You’re sorry you’re doing better. You’re growing heat loosen up your organs and you will burp or you will fart or you use the restroom or you might get nauseous or vomit. That’s because those air bubbles are stuck and you bring heat and loses up the organs and then you expand, your organs make room for those negative air pockets to come out, but you had to tell your pelvis positive things so you could fill all that air with good feelings and thoughts . you flatter your chakras, but with meaning .. that you love it and that its strong and healthy so all your organs work correctly in your root chakra and then you keep doing it to each charka … understand when you turn on your chakras and your third, eye Is awaken you’re going to feel physical changes inside your body and outside your body and your mind will start to think different and that’s because you’re gonna come to a realization and you would know when your third eye is awake. It was sound like when you turn on the AC in the machine starting and you can hear the air getting sucked so I could blow it out like that, your skull is gonna shift your jaw it’s gonna expand, the skull is Well, technically, not the skull But the jaw, my shit forward like American dad lol And you will fill your brain get cold the top where your third eye is, but that’s air oxygen because when you’re shooting that sensation to your head, it’s relaxing your brain and of course it’s heating it up and he’s gonna make the cool and warm air expand throughout your brain and it’s gonna leak to the other parts of your brain that doesn’t have air.. when it hits your third eye .. The vagus nerve which looks like a cross, which is the nerve that you’re shooting from your root charka to your head Because that’s the vain that’s right along with your spine well that will open up and it’s gonna release your mulda .. the Christ oil .. Which means you’re baptized your reborn.. I mean, like a baby reborn cause your spirits is from the route all the way to your head now which way it needs to be like a baby being born, but also you were notice your tongue was start to sit on the top of the roof of your mouth that’s the way it should be. You can look it up medical your tongues are supposed to be sitting on the bottom jaw you get two little hoes on the top of the roof of your mouth like newborns you were noticed that you had to sit different if you got any issues please resolve them while you’re doing your chakras because if you don’t you’re going to get overwhelmed and anxiety and it’s because your spirit is a baby so it uses your emotions the way you train to use them in situations but you’re not in control of your emotions spirit you get very sensitive and your emotions not sensitive they get heighten your eyes do too and your ears fix the problems because you manifest things meaning you were feel like you see a shadow or you will get the feeling that something is right there in the corner when you’re sleeping in the room when it’s dark you know it’s not there but the feeling you can’t shake it off it’s going to manifest you gotta understand your spirited child. It’s a kid when you’re a child. You get scared right when you’re being in a room by yourself late night going to sleep so much to explain, I have a lot to say, but it’s too much
