1976 VBH 3P

Evening all Please help before I end up scrapping my mk3 cav 1995 1.8 single injection.... 😂 I have a miss fire at idle. Changed everything ignition wise, new coolant sensor, new idle control valve, new 02 sensor, new maf sensor...... Along with the misfire I also get a bad smell of fuel every now and again! I am steering close to getting the injectior changed it's only one :) I have also checked for air leaks....please note it misfires from cold and normal running temps. Also changed the fuel filter :/ please if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!!

Owned a cdi model in 1990s excellent car those 8 valve engines were great better than the 16 valve.the vectra was a backward step.

Underrated cars now we all want one. Rare and expensive to find. Sold mine after 18 years ownership miss it, some twat has abused it now rusty and no care.

This is brilliant, my mum had a Cavalier 2.0 auto with the sport button on the gear stick, sunroof etc, loved everything about it

Nice cavs but the owner of the white one has no respect for his car, don’t like the twin back box exhaust it doesn’t suit the cars, I have a vectra c sri vvc and I treat her like my lady. V power always. Oil change every six months, new pipercross panel filter every twelve months, regular redex treatments. Iv spent £4000 on her in the two years of ownership.35000 miles later and I still like her and a rare sight these days.
