That is not always the case. It does need to be treated quickly and aggressively. My ex-husband got it after carpal tunnel surgery. I currently have it on my chin. I got bit by a bug and it got infected. They are treating it with an oral antibiotic, a cream, antibiotic, and Rocephin injections twice a day. Obviously, it is dangerous because it is highly resistant to antibiotics and can spread quickly. It must be treated quickly and aggressively to beat it.

I have it now on my chin/neck and they have me on an oral antibiotic & Rocephin by injection twice a day. It advanced so fast; it is scary. It finally started improving yesterday. I am very thankful! It is very dangerous & I know it can be deadly so I feel blessed. I have lupus and I am on an immune suppressing medication so I feel very blessed that mine is getting better finally. Praise God!

May the heir of the body request a decedent's medical records be corrected?
@AmeriStaffNursingServices8 ай бұрын
Hi Michele, thanks for your question. Please refer to your state's legislature. The Michigan Legislature revised Michigan's Medical Records Access Act in 2008 to include "heirs at law" in the Act's definition of an authorized representative entitled to obtain copies of a deceased patient's medical records.

Is there any point in getting the 2 shot vaccination, if I have shingles now? It’s not horrible yet but have a feeling it will be shortly. Calamine lotion helps the itching and burning sensation.
@AmeriStaffNursingServices10 ай бұрын
Hi @3putt548 - Some shingles vaccines are recommended for adults 50 years of age and older, including those who had shingles disease. If you have questions on whether you should receive a vaccine, it is always best to consult your healthcare provider.

Since thousands of years (Egypt!) the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach; eventuelly later a second tablespoon castor oil.

1/3 cup of inner leaf aloe Vera juice works as well.
@CocoChanelle-111 ай бұрын
@@enemanozzle oh, I know castor oil has great benefits. My mom used to give it to me sometimes as a kid. I mostly use it on my scalp, eye brows (grows hair) and moisturizing eye drops. I add the Aloe juice to a morning mix I do with psyllium husk and keep the amount small. So it works great for me without irritation.

@@CocoChanelle-1 Be cautious with Aloe Vera, for this will contain Anthrachinone Derivates being suspected to cause cancer.
@enemanozzle11 ай бұрын
You are right, but the problem is the following one: While Aloe Vera is not only a direct working laxative by irritating the bowels, but further this will contain Anthraquinone derivatives being suspected to cause cancer, castor oil works indirectly by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So in contrast to all the direct working laxatives any habituation to castor oil is absolutely imposible, this even after having taking this regularly for decades.

I have had Shingles. If you get the burning pain that turns into a blistered rash, immediately go to your Dr. They should give you an antiviral med. and I was given a steroid. That really helped me to have a much milder case with no long lasting side effects. Calamine lotion was a wonderful help with the blisters .. I found nothing that worked as well to calm and cool it.
