Just curious - why do you have to specify if hot or iced? If I say I’d like a small coffee wouldn’t it already be pretty clear I’d want a small coffee? If I wanted it iced I would have said iced. If I don’t preface with iced it should just be assumed hot ,correct?

I from the city and as my Mom got older, she decided to move out east to Long Island. Way out, Suffolk. Like a good 2 hours from the city. I went to a Starbucks in a Target and said "Grande drip". They were like what ? I said what do you mean ? A grande drip. No mocha, no latte, no capachino. Just a drip. Needless to say it took some time. I felt like I was out in some farm but it was just port Jeff
