RDWorks supports svg format, according to the manufacturer itself. Many people wrote on forums that it does not support this format in older versions of the programme. Or some people had it open, but some layout objects were missing. We think that this may be a problem when creating the layout. We tried loading svg format into RDWorks and it opened easily.

Your can do 3D engraving, but sculpting as such is unlikely. It is possible, of course, to try to rotate and fix the material during 3D engraving on each plane, but it will be very labour intensive.

Unfortunately we don't have a video of this laser marker being used on metal bank cards. But this laser marker can perfectly cope with all types of metals. Maybe it is the High Voltage connector on the laser cable going from the PSU to the Laser. And please cheak your laser tube. It could also have been damaged.

How to set machine area and cofuger the size . Now if I decide to angreive 1inch area I thne to set 2 inches on my coral draw

Need to set a "breadth" value for each axis, then adjust step length. For adjust step length need to draw square 100*100mm in RD Works, then cut or engrave it. Measure it's real side by Y axis. Go to vendor settings in RD Works. Password is RD8888 1. Read; 2. Go to motor, Y axis; 3. Press "..." and input 100mm in 4, and real size of side by Y axis in 5; 6. Press “Write". Check🤗
