Thanks for actually showing how it lights up the area. Amazing how many reviewers just shine it directly into the camera. Idiots.

I like your work but the cage doesnt protect them from strong wind and rain? Also what would prevent this from being lifted from the ground in case of strong wind? Anyway best to your family

This is a very helpful video. This is the best video on KZbin I have watched in the last five minutes. I have cats that hang around outside and sneak into a hole in my shed. I put straw in totes for them with a hole cut out so they can get in and out. You’re editing is very good. It’s kind of ballsy of you to assume anyone will get you anything for your birthday. Congratulations on reaching 700 subscribers! That’s great!

Do you have a blue print. I like your plan I would like to use it to make some for us if you are willing.

I do have a video series of me building it. As for blueprints all I had was a sketch, so not much detail. I can get another sketch together, but it won't have details like how many boards are needed and such.

3 hole hutch cool so what breed are you going raise ??? and are you going tan the hinds ???
@MossHomestead2 жыл бұрын
We are raising Silverfox. Currently we have 2 blue and 3 black. About a month ago we processed our first kits and saved the hides to try tanning them.
@therabbitcity2 жыл бұрын
I like the layout. We have something similar, though we don't like metal on our hutch's because we get deep winter so we did wood and insulated the outside with some pink house insulation. Great work!
@MossHomestead2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, it's amazing how much you learn from one to another. I've completed my second hutch and I was able to streamline it. You must get some crazy winters to need all that insulation.

@@MossHomestead Once you get a good blueprint it goes fast. We are in Minnesota so the coldest night this winter was -40F, everyone made it through just fine, just a little frost on their whiskers in the morning. Starting to get warmer these days though, we are grateful.

Thank you for this video. I may try this myself. Might try raising some meat rabbits. Some of these comments must be from those who only see rabbits as pets.

Not only meat rabbits live outside, my pet rabbit lives outside and is perfectly happy and healthy, those people who say they can’t they are idiots who only watch Lennon the bunny and know nothing about rabbits. They make rabbits seem weaker than they truly are. They believe that one thing you do that they don’t like is gonna kill them or severely hurt them

They need a run . Keeping them in those tiny cages is unbelivable cruel . You've got a big garden so let them have some of it . Would you like to spend your life in a tiny box . And why you want to broadcast your cruelty is beond me .
@krevor40952 жыл бұрын
I agree. Have them as "nature intended" along with the various predators like snakes, eagles, coyotes and such can get at them. Let them dig in the ground so they can be exposed to whatever might be lurking like fungus and even possible infections. So cruel to keep them from that out in the open air!!!!
