We didn’t bring it to the room. We had it installed in the car already. My husband pulled up the car right in front of the hospital door

It’s just an outlet. I ran the cord to the nearest outlet which happens to be hidden behind a cabinet.

Something to be aware of in 2024 is a reservation system in place during the summer at peak hours. You can't just show up at the gate anymore, there are too many people. You can reserve an entry time online I believe, which is highly advisable.
