Take a screenshot from Adobe, Premier pro , take the screenshot into Photoshop. PS in pc , now erase some of the object that you don’t want to show in your thumb nail , now go to camera filter raw , make the clarity of the picture 100 , increase some brightness saturation vaibrance , temperature etc _
